Therapeutic Yoga for Back Care

Open Level Yoga –
Through this 1-hour open level yoga class, Debra will introduce gentle movements and postures to support the health of the low back. Exercises and poses in this class are designed specifically to strengthen, release tightness and help prevent pain/discomfort in the lumbar region of the spine and the area around it. In addition, Debra will incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques as a part of the class.
NOTE: This class is suitable for any level of yoga experience. Beginners are welcome!
Students will be sitting or laying on a mat on the floor during a portion of this class.
*Please bring your own mat. Please also bring a firm blanket if you have one.
This is the last yoga class!
