Pride Month in Holyoke 2026: Events, Community, and Canna Provisions

2026 Pride Month in Holyoke carries the same spirit that has always connected LGBTQ+ culture with cannabis culture: self-expression, community healing, and the right to live and celebrate on your own terms. Cannabis culture has historically overlapped with counterculture and civil rights movements, and Pride celebrations increasingly incorporate wellness and identity themes that reflect the whole person, not just the celebration.

Canna Provisions approaches the dispensary experience the same way. We guide rather than pitch. We equip people with the knowledge to make choices that fit their lives. We welcome everyone who walks through the door, from regulars and first-timers, those who’ve been on a cannabis journey for years, and those who are just beginning.

When is Pride Month? 2026 Holyoke Pride Events

Holyoke Pride has confirmed an exciting lineup for June 2026! Here’s what’s on the calendar:

  1. Pride Flag Raising — June 1, Holyoke City Hall

This is how the month opens: a public act of visibility at the seat of city government that signals to the entire Holyoke community that Pride is underway.

  1. House of Colors Queer Prom 2026 — June 5, Holyoke War Memorial

House of Colors is throwing a Queer Prom this year, and the theme is Promicon. Think Comic Con meets prom night, so costumes, fandoms, and geek culture are all encouraged. The event is free and open to LGBTQ+ youth and allies between the ages of 13 and 24, taking place on Friday, June 6th, from 5 PM to 8 PM at 310 Appleton Street in Holyoke, MA.

There’s a cosplay runway and a song list given out ahead of time so people can actually learn the choreographies before showing up. The event is PG-13, so cosplays should be kept appropriate. Photos will be taken for memory purposes only, and anything posted publicly will only show performers and venue spaces, not attendees, to keep everyone’s identities protected. If you’re coming with a group, everyone needs to RSVP separately so the team at House of Colors can get an accurate headcount.

  1. Buen Provecho DRAG BRUNCH — June 7, Fame Lounge

Midnight Entertainment and Fame Lounge/Eatery are teaming up to host ¡Buen Provecho!, a Latinx drag brunch in Holyoke celebrating Pride, co-hosted by Tito Midnight and Ruby Monroe with performances from Tatiana Midnight Bangkoks, Armani Delamour, Kaiomy, and the legendary Lady Tatiana.

Doors open at 11 AM, food service starts at 11:30 AM, and the show kicks off at noon with two sets, five performers, and a live DJ set by DJ Greebles. Admission includes a complimentary drink (your choice of a mimosa, bloody mary, or soft drink) with food available for an additional charge. This is an 18+ event, and IDs will be checked at the door.

  1. Rainbow Run 5K + 1 Mile Walk — June 13, Ashley Reservoir

Holyoke Pride is hosting a Rainbow Run 5K and 1 Mile Fun Walk on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Ashley Reservoir by the Holyoke Elks at 250 Whitney Avenue, with both events kicking off at 10 AM.

Registration for the 5K is $35, and the 1 Mile Walk is $25, with bib pickup and same-day registration opening at 8:30 AM. The 5K awards prizes and medals to top finishers across male, female, and non-binary categories, plus age group medals for a range of divisions from 19 and under all the way up to 70 and older. Registration closes June 12th, and you can sign up through their RunSignup link.

  1. Drag Story Hour — June 25, Holyoke Public Library

A family-friendly, inclusive event celebrating storytelling, self-expression, and community belonging!

  1. PrideFEST — June 27, Veterans Park

Holyoke PrideFEST is back for its fifth year, and what started as a block party has grown into a full citywide celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community and allies across Western Mass.

This year’s headliner is Massachusetts drag performer Joslyn Fox, known for her humor, charm, and “Keep it Foxy” energy, joining a lineup that includes live performances, drag, dancing, local food, and family-friendly activities throughout Downtown Holyoke. It’s shaping up to be the biggest PrideFEST yet, and the event is open to everyone. Whether you’re there to perform, be a vendor, volunteer, or just show up and be yourself. If you’ve ever wanted to experience what queer joy looks like in The Paper City, this is the one to be at.

For the complete calendar and more events, follow the Holyoke Pride website.

Please remember that public cannabis consumption is restricted in Massachusetts, including at outdoor Pride events. Plan to enjoy any products at home or in a permitted private space, and check current Massachusetts cannabis public use laws before attending events.
