Loyalty Reset Reminder!
Just a friendly reminder that our Loyalty Rewards Program resets on December 31. At that time, points and rewards will return to zero, and you’ll receive a Canna Cash Reward based on your total points. Terms and Conditions – Canna Provisions Loyalty Rewards Program
Customers must be enrolled in the Loyalty Rewards Program prior to the time of purchase to be eligible to earn points on that purchase. Points will not be awarded retroactively for purchases made before enrollment. Loyalty points may take up to 24 hours to appear in the customer’s rewards wallet following a qualifying purchase. Points are calculated based on the pre-tax amount spent. Loyalty Rewards cannot be stacked with other discounts or combined within the same transaction. Points, Rewards, and Canna Cash vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or store credit. Points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards.
On December 31 of each year, the Loyalty Rewards Program resets. At that time, all loyalty points and spend milestone rewards will return to zero. Customers will be issued a Canna Cash voucher based on the total number of points in their loyalty account at the time of the reset. Canna Cash vouchers are valid through the end of March following issuance. Details of the reset—including the point-to-voucher conversion rates and eligibility requirements—will be made available and sent to customers via email in November of the current year. To receive a voucher, the loyalty account must be active and in good standing at the time of reset.
