🚨 Important Loyalty Update – As of June 1, 2026 points expire 1 year from when earned
We’ve updated how loyalty points expire to give you more time to enjoy your rewards. As of June 1, 2026, loyalty points expire one year from the date they are earned.
Any points earned before June 1, 2026 will remain active through June 1, 2027.
When you redeem rewards, your oldest available points will always be used first, helping you make the most of your points before they expire. That means you can earn and redeem rewards throughout the year, with a full year to use your points from the date you earn them. Be sure to redeem your rewards regularly so you don’t miss out.
Terms and Conditions – Canna Provisions Loyalty Rewards Program
Customers must be enrolled in the Loyalty Rewards Program prior to the time of purchase to be eligible to earn points on that purchase. Points will not be awarded retroactively for purchases made before enrollment. Loyalty points may take up to 24 hours to appear in the customer’s rewards wallet following a qualifying purchase. Points are calculated based on the pre-tax amount spent. Loyalty Rewards cannot be stacked with other discounts or combined within the same transaction. Points, Rewards, and Canna Cash vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or store credit. Points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards.
Point Expiration PolicyÂ
Effective June 1, 2026, loyalty points expire one year from the date they are earned. Any loyalty points earned prior to June 1, 2026 will expire on June 1, 2027. When a loyalty member redeems points, the oldest available points will be applied first. Expired points are no longer available for redemption and have no cash value.
