Wait no, the reason is 197 years ago it was an abolitionist newspaper and since then has morphed through various forms, and there’s even Masslive.com in that family now for the digital world, and long long long after they launched 197 years ago…cannabis is legal.
So The Republican figured it’s a great time to have a quarterly print publication slipped into the print Sunday paper beginning in 2021 to be shipped off to homes with a focus on the blossoming legal cannabis industry, the people doing it right, and the products to get to know.
And it turns out the follow up to the launch issue which kicked things off with a bang with Canna Provisions Holyoke on the cover is aiming to get right to the heart of cannabis as a plant and the cultivation industry in the Commonwealth. That’s right, CRQ #2 has landed….
