How old must I be to purchase and consume cannabis in Massachusetts?

Massachusetts law says that you have to have a government-issued photo ID showing that you are 21 or over to enter a dispensary and purchase products there. Some of the valid forms of ID that we accept include a state-issued driver’s license, a passport, a U.S. I.D. card, military service identification cards, and identification cards issued by any Canadian province.

How much weed can I buy during my visit?

In the state of Massachusetts, it is legal to purchase up to one full ounce of flower, or 28 grams, or five grams of concentrate during a visit to a dispensary. State law also allows the purchase of up to 20 servings of edibles, or up to 100 milligrams of THC.
