AJ SOUR DIESEL x MEGA CHEM
Take one legend of modern cannabis (AJ Sour Diesel) known for being a reliable top-shelf strain which already has OG Chemdog in its lineage, then supercharge it. And by that we’re talking Mega Chem that employs an all-Chemdog genetic cross spearheaded by the famous “millennial seed” Chem D, one of the original 13 seeds Chemdog popped 30 years back.
Spice, Meyer lemons and lavender, all sunk in a tank of leaded gas. With all that Sour Diesel and Chemdog inside, it shouldn’t be a surprise if you find yourself simply marveling at the terpene explosion or the fact this one is a full-room stinker the minute you pop the top. For uncompromising consumers, this will be a new go-to.
FAMILY HISTORY: AJ Sour Diesel x (Chem D x (Chem 4 x Chem ibl))
PALATE: Sour lemons and herbaceous with petrol, mangoes, and spice.
EFFECT: Long lasting euphoric high that similarly quiets the mind amid energy and focus.
TERPENES: 1.18%. TOP: b-Caryophyllene, d-Limonene, linalool, b-Myrcene
STAFF REVIEW:
Lots of familiar Chem D (as if it was Chem D on steroids), and sour lemons and gas to the flavor, but the layers provided pepper-anise spice, lavender and the distant thought that maybe a skunk had developed better than average driving skills and decided to take a drive through a patch of mango trees on some distant mountain while the car quietly leaks petrol and all those smells together. That was my gram of the latest drop of Chemdog’s Smash Hits line.
As far as the effects, it delivered and then some. Novice users will probably want to dance on their tippy toes around this one. The all-Chemdog genetic cross along with the Sour Diesel means this one is a long burning high that brings serious energy and 4k clarity.
The finish trailed off into a nice content and sub-euphoric mindset that was a bit like waking up after a long Sunday nap.
Big terps. Big effects. Big winner here.
